落鑫，男，中共党员，汉族，1988年3月出生于内蒙古包头，英国爱丁堡大学教育学博士，欧洲伊拉斯谟（挪威，瑞典，爱尔兰和马耳他四国高校联合培养）学前教育硕士，北京师范大学教育学学士（辅修英语，获英语双学位）。

2015.01-2019.06： 英国爱丁堡大学，教育学院，获哲学博士学位。期间获爱丁堡大学校长职业生涯发展奖学金，资助金额约55000英镑（约合500000人民币）。

爱丁堡大学教育学院教师发展培训助理，参与并主持爱丁堡2018中英校长论坛，参与2017-2018年浙江省教育厅高级校长海外培训项目；参与主持若干中英高级别文化教育交流活动，在2018年爱丁堡国际艺术节期间荣获“一带一路”中英青年文化交流大使。

2012.08-2014.11：欧洲伊拉斯谟学前教育硕士项目，先后就读于挪威奥斯陆城市大学，爱尔兰都柏林理工大学，马耳他大学和瑞典哥德堡大学，获欧洲四国联合学前教育硕士。期间获欧盟伊拉斯谟奖学金支持，资助金额约48000欧元（约合380000人民币）

2007.09-2011.06:北京师范大学，获教育学学士（辅修英语，获得文学双学位）。
